Pedagogical policy

Together with parents and nursery staff we have developed our pedagogical policy so that we can provide sound, high-quality childcare. The policy provides information about how we work with children and the vision that guides us in our work. Our nursery staff uses this policy as a guide in their daily work and it is also used as a guide for our other policy areas. The policy is based on four main ideas.
